Kavala
Overview
Sometimes you don’t want excursions or kilometers of impressions.
Sometimes you simply want warm water, peace, and a day for yourself.
I invite you to spend such a day at a natural healing spa not far from Kavala, where mineral clay and thermal water with a temperature of around +39°C come together.
The complex operates seasonally — approximately from June to September (exact dates are confirmed in advance).
Everything here is simple and rustic.
No designer interiors and no luxury spa atmosphere.
The true value of this place is not its appearance, but the natural clay and thermal water that people come back for year after year.
How the Day Goes
We depart calmly, without an early wake-up.
The drive takes about 1.5 hours.
Upon arrival, you register and your blood pressure is checked — after that you can simply follow your own rhythm.
Warm, dense clay envelops the body, gently warming the joints and relaxing the muscles.
After the procedure — a hot shower, relaxation, and coffee at a small café.
Men and women take the treatments separately.
There are clean changing rooms and showers.
You can spend several hours at the spa — as long as you feel comfortable.
After the treatments you can:

• have lunch in a simple local tavern

or

• drive to Kavala and finish the day with a walk by the sea.
Indications
Mud and thermal treatments are beneficial for:

• chronic rheumatic diseases

• musculoskeletal problems

• arthritis and radiculitis

• gynecological and urological conditions

• nervous system disorders

• skin diseases

• chronic fatigue

Clay is also used as a natural cosmetic treatment — leaving the skin softer and more elastic.

The price list is provided upon request when booking the trip.
What to Bring

• swimsuit
