Overview
A culinary masterclass at a winery
Sometimes Greece is not something you want to see,
but something you want to experience through taste.
Through the aroma of olive oil and fresh herbs, hot pans, wine, and laughter around the table.
This masterclass is not about “learning how to cook.” It’s about pleasure, the process, and that moment when you suddenly realise:
this is the real Greece. And the location only deepens the experience.
This is not a restaurant and not a “check-the-box” studio — it’s a real winery,
where everything breathes atmosphere:
vineyards, space, silence,
and the feeling that the day is in no hurry at all.
It’s a place where you want to cook, taste,
raise a glass, and simply enjoy the moment.
According to TasteAtlas 2024–2025 and World Population Review,
Greek cuisine has been recognised as the most delicious in the world,
known for its simplicity, high-quality ingredients, and rich flavours
(gyros, moussaka, feta cheese).
It is followed by Italian, Mexican, Spanish, and Turkish cuisines.
TasteAtlas, the global gastronomic encyclopedia, compiles its annual ranking based on nearly 15,500 dishes and 477,000 reviews.
And now — the most exciting part.
During this masterclass, you cook together with a chef
who doesn’t lecture
and doesn’t make you write down recipes,
but simply shows how Greeks cook at home and in tavernas.
No complicated techniques.
No pressure.
Everything is clear, relaxed, and incredibly tasty.
You chop, mix, taste,
adjust things on the go,
laugh, ask questions,
and at some point catch yourself thinking:
I’m really doing this.
Greek cuisine is about simplicity and flavour.
About good products, the right combinations, and joy in the process.
That’s exactly why it’s considered
one of the most loved and healthiest cuisines in the world.
How the masterclass works
- You meet the chef and the kitchen.
- Choose the menu.
- Cook yourselves, guided by the chef.
Then set the table beautifully
and enjoy what you’ve created.
It’s lively, engaging, and never boring.
Why this masterclass stays with you
- you don’t just watch, you cook yourself
- you finally understand why it “never worked at home”
- you leave confident you can repeat it
- and with the feeling of a truly great day
For children, it’s pure joy —
cooking as a game where everything can be touched, tasted, and laughed about.
Formats available
-
At a private winery.
Perhaps the most atmospheric option. Cooking takes place among vineyards, in a place where wine is made not for mass production, but with love and history.
You cook, taste, talk,
try wines right where they are born, and catch that rare feeling when the day comes together perfectly — delicious, beautiful, and very Greek. -
At a culinary studio in Thessaloniki.
A cosy space, a professional kitchen, and the freedom to cook any three dishes of your choice.
This is not a “class.”
It’s a day after which you want to cook, gather friends around the table, and return to these flavours again and again.
